Here at
Paradis Publications, we promote stories--memoirs written by the average, everyday person. Everyone has a unique story to
tell! We can help you with the technicalities. If you can tell your story, it can be written down and published. Why are the self-chosen "elite" free to write their memoirs,
but the "ordinary" person is shunned from writing theirs? What is the true purpose of the stories written by the
very people who do not have our interests at heart? Why can they self-publish their own stories (after all, they OWN the media and the publishing
companies), but when the "ordinary" person self-publishes their works, it is denigrated as "vanity publishing"?
Here at Paradis Publications we ask (and answer) such questions. We promote memoirs of "ordinary" people to show that, in
truth, we are most extraordinary people with stories far more interesting and powerful than the elite propaganda and gossip
that gets mass produced. We encourage everyone to write their memoir. Thus, we offer our own personal "memoir" that shows how a
country hick girl and an Appalachian hillbilly got together after years of tribulations and made a difference in the world
